Rescue 16-2 responded into Galloway Twp Pomona Station to assist with covering the twp as crews operated at an incident in Oceanville section of town.

Received a call for smoke investigation. Units arrived on scene and determined that the smoke was coming from the ACUA mulch fire.

Called for a Tanker Task Force Assignment to Egg Harbor Twp for a large mulch/trash fire. Tanker 16-5 arrived and shuttled water to the scene, and assisted in setting up and taking down ponds.

Called for a smoke investigation. Arrived to find homeowner burring branches in a contained fire pit. Fire was creating excessive smoke. Advised homeowner to not add any more materials and to contact State Forest Fire about obtaining a permit to burn.
