EVFC Incident #17 02/21/2019 at 7:31pm - 5635 Moss Mill Rd in Elwood for a Chimney FireCalled for a chimney fire. Egg Harbor City arrived first and extinguished fire in wood burning stove. Removed wood from stove. Cleaned out chimney with brushes. Ventilated building. Checked for extension, none found. All units cleared at 8:07pm.
EVFC Incident #16 02/17/2019 at 11:30pm - 5th Ave and Indian Cabin Rd in Weekstown for an Electrical FireCalled for a report of a pole on fire. Command on location recalled all Elwood units.
EVFC Incident #15 02/15/2019 at 2:54pm - 500 Elwood Road in Elwood for an Activated Fire AlarmReceived a call for an activated alarm at the Mullica school. All units were recalled. Doors were being sanded and the dust caused a false alarm.
EVFC Incident #14 02/14/2019 at 9:26am - 4612 S White Horse Pike in Elwood for a Smoke InvestigationReceived a call for smoke coming from the roof of Gary's used cars. 1630 arrived on scene and saw that it was heavy exhaust coming from a vehicle.
1630 Recalled all units.
EVFC Incident #13 02/13/2019 at 3:01pm - 1550 Darmstadt Ave. in Elwood for an Activated Fire AlarmHome Owner was cooking with oil. Oil burned and set off fire alarms. Cleared by 1620 upon arrival.
EVFC Incident #12 02/11/2019 at 9:58am - 845 Rt 542 (Batsto Village) in Green Bank for a Motor Vehicle FireResponded to mutual aid vehicle fire. Upon arrival Green bank's chief released all units from the scene.
