It is with deep sorrow that we The Elwood Vol. Fire Company inform our neighbors of the death of Past President and Life Member, William H. Kennedy. Bill Kennedy was a thoughtful, caring and kind man who took immense pride by serving Mullica Twp as a firemen and an elected official. We who worked with him admired his sense of family, community, and his humor. He loved Mullica and sincerely believed in doing the best for all the residents.
