Incident #94 - 10/15/2008 - The Homestead Elwood Rd for an Activated Fire Alarm10/15/2008 7:15am Alarm was reset by staff members and residents returned inside building before Fire Departmant arrived on scene.

Incident #89 -10/05/2008 - Rt 30 East of 2nd St for MVA w/Landing Zone AssignmentThe Elwood Fire Company was called to Rt30 near 2nd street for an MVA w/Landing Zone Assignment. Engine 16-3 assisted at the MVA while Tanker 16-5 Landed the helicopter at the old State Police Barracks. One person was flown to Atlantic Care City Division. All units were clear at 10:30pm.
