EVFC Incident #39 03/25/2010 at 3:10pm - Weekstown rd near the Dump for MVA with Entrapment

MVA car into tree. Station 162 was called to land the helicopter. Station 162 was called to the scene for manpower.  Station 162 & 163 were recalled.  The driver was pronounced dead at the scene. All Elwood units were clear at 5:14pm.
