EVFC Incident #24 03/15/2024 at 2:45pm - 317 Weymouth Rd in Elwood for an Activated Fire Alarm Received a call for an automatic alarm. Found the 2nd floor front hallway alarm head activated. POA 34. Reset alarm system, on reset alarm was showing a trouble signal. Notified building manager to have a Technion come out a replace alarm and check the system. Also advised manager to put building under fire watch until panel and alarm system are back in service. Notified manager to call Dispatch when alarm is fixed.
EVFC Incident #23 03/15/2024 at 12:47pm - 317 Weymouth Rd in Elwood for an Activated Fire Alarmfaulty smoke detector, advised homeowners to change the detector. Cleared by 1604.
EVFC Incident #22 03/12/2024 at 1:54pm - 5310 mullica river dr. in Sweetwater for an Activated Fire AlarmRecalled in route by command on location. Confirmed false alarm.

EVFC Incident #20 03/01/2024 at 9:23am - 223 and 219 Liverpool Ave in Egg Harbor City for Working Structure FireReceived a call for Mutual Aid in Egg Harbor City for a working structure fire. Arrived on scene to a full involved structure fire (223 Liverpool) with extension into an adjacent dwelling (219 Liverpool). Provided water support with Tanker 16-5 and all manpower was sent forward to help on the scene. Knocked down fire in the attic and assisted with opening up walls to extinguishing any fire extension. Remained on scene for support until released by EHC Command.

EVFC Incident #19 02/29/2024 at 1:09am - 4805 Pleasant Mills Road in Sweetwater for a Smoke InvestigationReceived a call for smoke in the residence. Arrived on scene and determined that it was a chimney fire. Cleared the chimney obstruction and ventilated the residence.
EVFC Incident #18 02/27/2024 at 11:25pm - 2606 N Lake View Dr in Nesco for an Electrical HazardDowned electrical wire from tree branch. Returned to station per 1600. |
