EVFC Incident #56 08/03/2014 at 5:43am - White Horse Pike and Heidelberg Ave for Arcing Wires

IncidentsReceived a call for archiving wires. 1600A was on scene and observed one spark and nothing else. Determined that the scene was safe and secure and cleared the scene.

EVFC Incident #55 08/02/2014 at 7:11pm - Locust & Absecon for Arcing wires

Incidents16-3 arrived on scene with no fire showing, incident was reported to Atlantic City Electric with an ETA of 20 minutes, 16-3 was cleared with no action taken.

EVFC Incident #54 07/26/2014 at 2:07pm - 5812 Duerer St for an illegal burn

IncidentsWhile on another call for an MVA, received a call for an illegal burn. Engine 16-3 responded to the scene. Found homeowner burned a stump to get rid of ants living inside of it. Fire was out upon arrival.

EVFC Incident #53 07/26/2014 at 1:38pm - Elwood Rd & Columbia Rd for an MVA with Extrication

IncidentsStabilized vehicle, removed both driver side doors and driver-side "B" post. Assisted EMS with removing patient from vehicle.

EVFC Incident #52 07/18/2014 at 4:52pm - 5876 Holly St in Laureldale for mutual aid for a structure fire

IncidentsTanker was requested to respond to a structure fire in Laureldale. Staged on Holly St. Per command, re-routed to a possible structure fire on Bluebird Circle in Cologne. On arrival, found Germania and Pomona already on location and determined it was a cooking incident. Command then re-routed us for a cover-up assignment at Cologne Fire House. Command cleared Elwood at 6:06pm.

IncidentsArrived on scene for a CO alarm. Ran two CO detectors through the building and found little to no CO in the building.

EVFC Incident #50 07/16/2014 at 12:11pm - 5126 New Hampshire Ave for a Smoke Investigation

IncidentsGave mutual aid to Sweetwater Volunteer Fire Company for the smell of smoke in the garage. 1620A determined that the source was a faulty appliance. All arriving units were recalled at 12:26pm
