IncidentsCalled to the report of a branch on wires, sparking and arcing, 1600 and 162 for traffic, branch broke and arcing stopped. 1600 cleared all units at 7:43pm

EVFC Incident #11 02/18/2016 at 1:21pm - 810 Darmstadt Ave in Elwood for Structure Fire

IncidentsCalled to the report of an Activated Fire Alarm. Found light smoke condition in the home. Called for Egg harbor City Fire Company to assist. Found a small fire in the bathroom from a unattended cigarette. Extinguished fire and vented smoke with positive pressure fan. All units were clear at 2:46pm.

IncidentsCalled to a report of a pole on fire. Arrived and for a pole burning. Notified the Electric Company. Recalled Weekstown Volunteer Fire Company. Blocked off road until the Electric Company arrived and made it safe. All Station 160 units were clear at 1:33pm

EVFC Incident #9 02/16/2016 at 10:18am - Elwood and Moss Mill Roads for an electrical pole on fire

IncidentsReceived a call for an electrical pole on fire. We could not locate a pole on fire and or smoking. We checked poles up and down Moss Mill and Elwood Roads and could not locate it. We did find a blown breaker on a pole and radioed the pole numbers into dispatch

IncidentsReceived a call for an activated fire alarm. Arrived on scene and determined that it was a false alarm and confirmed by the home owner.
