IncidentsArrived to a water leak in the basement. Secured water. Notified homeowner to call a plumber. Cleared scene.

IncidentsSmoldering logs from controlled burn that state forestry did over the weekend. C-8 on scene.

EVFC Incident #19 03/01/2016 at 7:43am - 3519 Moss Mill Rd for a woods fire

IncidentsReceived a call for a woods fire. Arrived on scene and found a dead tree smoldering. There was a controlled burn over the weekend and the dead tree stump was in the path. We cleared the scene due to no threat to the woods and surrounding area. The patrol unit notified Forest fire and they will do a drive by later to make sure the scene is safe.

EVFC Incident #18 02/29/2016 at 7:42pm - Duerer St near Moss Mill Rd for a Motor vehicle accident

IncidentsStation 160 was dispatched to Duerer St near Moss Mill Rd for a Motor vehicle accident. Upon arrival, a black dodge pickup truck was found pinned by the driver side door against a tree with two patients inside. Patrol requested a Helicopter for possible severe trauma due to mechanism of injury. Station 10 (Egg Harbor City) was dispatched for a landing zone. EMS was not yet on location. Patient in the passenger seat discovered he was not entrapped and removed himself from the vehicle. EMS arrived on location. EMS recalled Helicopter. Assisted EMS in removing driver from the vehicle, no tools were needed. Battery cables were cut. Engine 16-3 left the scene while Rescue 16-2 stayed on location waiting for the tow truck. The vehicle removed from scene. All Station 160 units cleared at 9:09pm, no further actions were taken.

EVFC Incident #17 02/25/2016 at 3:18pm - Old Egg Harbor Rd & 64th St for Wires Down

IncidentsCalled for the report of wires arcing. Rescue 16-2 responded and found breaker had been tripped on pole with tree down across the driveway. Stood by for Electric Company. No active arcing or hazard for over an hour. Electric company did not show yet. Reported pole number and address of 611 64th street. to dispatch. All Station 160 units were clear at 5:21pm

EVFC Incident #16 02/25/2016 at 8:21am - 2 Mullica Way for an Activated C/O Alarm

IncidentsReceived a cal for an activated CO alarm. Arrived on scene, checked the alarm and found that the battery in the detector was low. Checked the utilities in the house to make sure no CO was present. All readings indicated no CO in the house and we cleared the scene.

EVFC Incident #15 02/24/2016 at 10:08pm - 5623 Duerer Street for a Smoke Investigation in a house

IncidentsReceived a call for smell of smoke in the house. Arrived on scene and discovered a large branch feel on the wires leading to the house. Upon entering the house, discovered a small haze of smoke in the dwelling. Ran the thermal camera through the house and checked for hot spots. None were found. Notified the electric company about the wires being down and remained on scene until they arrived. The electric company pulled the meter at the house and pulled the breaker to the transformer behind the house and cleared the scene.
