Arrived to fine building in alarm ,system took a reset all units cleared by 1600

Found 20'x40 grass fire put out by forest fire on location

Station 160,161,162, and 163 was dispatched to a residence for a structure fire due to a lighting strike. Upon arrival, two structures, a house and a garage, were discovered to have been stuck by lighting. Smoke was coming out of the garage. Checked both structures with a camera for any fire extension. No fire was discovered and the smoke dissipated after venting. Had Atlantic City electric shut off electric at pole for both structures. Advised occupants to not stay in home until the electrical work is deem safe by a certified electrician. No further action was taken. All units cleared without incident.

Called out for a vehicle fire. Found a Ford F350 utility style truck had an electrical short and smoking but not on fire. Disconnected battery. All units cleared at 8:16pm.

Called to assist with a tree removal from the roadway. Removed tree and dibris.

Station 160 was dispatched to the Elwood School for a activated fire alarm. Upon Engine 16-3, no fire was found. Alarm was a confirmed false alarm. All units cleared with no further action taken.
