Received a call for an automatic alarm. Found the 2nd floor front hallway alarm head activated. POA 34. Reset alarm system, on reset alarm was showing a trouble signal. Notified building manager to have a Technion come out a replace alarm and check the system. Also advised manager to put building under fire watch until panel and alarm system are back in service. Notified manager to call Dispatch when alarm is fixed.Comments (0)
