EVFC Incident #18 04/16/2017 at 1:20pm - 500 Heidelberg Ave. for Smoke in the residence
Upon arrival, found medium smoke conditions in house. Fire under cellar steps due to electrical wires being chafed. Forest Fire Service arrived first and extinguished fire. Checked for extension with thermal imaging camera. Electric Company on scene pulled meter. Advised homeowner to have electrician to inspect electrical system and to get proper permits to get electric turned back on. *Egg Harbor City Fire Department was requested to assist.
