Fire Rescue News - VICTIM'S FAMILY SEEKS JUSTICE IN DOUBLE FATAL MULLICA CRASH
GALLOWAY TWP--Nicole Dillihay and her brother Daryl gather by a tree dedicated to their mother Belinda. She was killed six months ago in a head-on crash with a Jeep Wrangler in Mullica Township.

29-year-old Christina Rivera. Rivera, a mother of 4 and Daryl's girlfriend, also died in the crash.
Investigators questioned Ottoway Harrison a 29-year-old Mullica Township man who was in the Jeep Wrangler that hit Rivera's car.
No charges have been brought against the driver of the Jeep Wrangler and Nicole says that's not fair.
"Because no one was held responsible at the time. I feel like they are trying to sweep it under the rug. Like my mother's life didn't mean anything she was human. She left behind children, grandchildren, sisters you know family," said Nicole.
The family says the car was registered to Ethel Harrison who apparently lives near the scene of the accident. The Dillihays hired a lawyer and filed a wrongful death lawsuit against the Harrisons for the fatal car crash.
13 year-old Imodd Dillihay, Belinda's grandson, was also in the car. He broke both his arms and legs in the crash. Imodd was close to his grandmother and misses her very much.
"I used to visit her everyday at her house. And stay a couple of nights at her house. I hope they find the people who did this. I hope they find them soon," said Imodd.
The family is still dealing with the pain of losing Belinda. And say if the Harrisons were not caucasian it would have played out differently.
"If it was an African-American or Latin individual involved in the accident he would be in jail without question. Whomever, would have been in jail immediately," said Daryl Dillihay, the victim's son.
NBC 40 placed a call into the Atlantic County Prosecutor's Office and they say this accident is still under active investigation.
The family vows not to stop until those responsible are charged with the fatal crash.
