Sgt. Stephen Jones said the crash happened at 12:27 a.m. in Winslow Township.
The 2001 gray SAAB the men were in briefly caught fire, and all three men were not wearing their seatbelts, Jones said.
All three men were declared dead at the scene.
The car had a Pennsylvania license plate and two of the three men are believed to be from Philadelphia.
