TRENTON - A Vineland man has been indicted on charges he set his aunt's car on fire and tried to collect insurance money, state Attorney General Paula Dow said Thursday.
Kristopher Wynder, 20, of Vineland, was charged Wednesday with second-degree conspiracy, second-degree aggravated arson, third-degree arson, third-degree insurance fraud and third-degree attempted theft by deception.

Continued from page 1.......between July 28 and Aug. 4, 2008, Wynder took his aunt Cheryl Wynder's SUV to a remote area adjacent to Oak Road in Vineland and set it on fire.
The indictment also alleges Wynder was an accomplice to his aunt in submitting a fraudulent insurance claim and attempting to collect money.
Cheryl Wynder pleaded guilty in May 2009 to insurance fraud, was sentenced to five years of probation and ordered to pay $8,531 in restitution and a $5,000 civil insurance fraud fine.
