Fire-Rescue News- Galloway Township woman seriously injured in Garden State Parkway crash

A Galloway Township woman was critically injured on the Garden State Parkway Wednesday afternoon when her car went off the roadway and hit a tree, State Police said.

off the roadway into a wooded area on the left side of the highway at mile marker 38 in Egg Harbor Township, according to State Police, Bass River Station.
Frazier was extricated from the vehicle, treated at the scene by Egg Harbor Township Emergency Medical Services and paramedics from AtlantiCare and then taken to the trauma unit of AtlantiCare Regional Medical Center, City Campus, for treatment of serious injuries, police said. She was in critical condition and undergoing surgery later Wednesday afternoon.
The left lane of the parkway was closed for about half an hour while the scene was cleared, police said.
The Farmington Fire Company, the Bargaintown Fire Company, the State Police Fatal Accident Unit and the State Police Crime Scene Investigation Unit also responded to the scene.
