GALLOWAY TOWNSHIP - Police are looking for the person who stole and torched a pickup truck in a wooded pit off Washington Avenue early Saturday morning.

A 40-year-old man told police he parked at about 4:30 a.m. Saturday in his driveway on Daphne Drive in Galloway Township. About four hours later, Egg Harbor Township Police called him to report they found his truck, Galloway Detective Sgt. Paul Dooner said.

He then called Galloway police, who continue to investigate.

Police have asked that anyone with information call Detective Ro Latoracca at 609-652-3705.
