Man flips car, gets airlifted to hospital

MILLVILLE - A Vineland man suffered serious head injuries Thursday afternoon when his car flipped over on the median of Route 55, State Police said.
Zachary N. Honachi, 21, of Vineland was driving south on Route 55 at about 3 p.m. when he lost control of his vehicle near milepost 24.4. The car went off the road, turned onto its roof and came to rest in the median, according to State Police at the Port Norris barracks.
Honachi suffered head injuries and was taken by Millville Emergency Medical Services to a landing zone where he was airlifted to Cooper University Hospital in Camden, police said.
No summonses have been issued pending completion of the investigation, police said.
